(grated and unsweetened, optional)

Instructions
Wash and finely chop greens.
Heat ghee or oil and add seeds. When seeds turn brown, reduce heat and add powders and ginger. Stir.
Add greens 2 tablespoons at a time so greens do not burn, but you can maintain a medium heat. Stir well, cover and cook on high 3-5 minutes.
Stir in salt, coconut optional. Cover and simmer on low for 5 more minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy!
