  1. Wash and finely chop greens.
  2. Heat ghee or oil and add seeds. When seeds turn brown, reduce heat and add powders and ginger. Stir.
  3. Add greens 2 tablespoons at a time so greens do not burn, but you can maintain a medium heat. Stir well, cover and cook on high 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in salt, coconut optional. Cover and simmer on low for 5 more minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy!
