Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds (raw)
- 1/2 cup Cashews (raw)
- 1/4 cup Walnuts (raw)
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 heaping T Honey (raw)
- 1 T Ghee
- 1/2 t Fennel Seed (dry roasted, ground)
- 1/2 t Coriander Seed (dry roasted, ground)
- 2 T Rosewater
- 3 T Dry Shredded Coconut (dry roasted - for coating)

Instructions
- Roast sunflower seeds lightly.
- Combine with all other ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend together until consistency of peanut butter.
- Roll into balls and roll through roasted coconut. Yum! Enjoy!
