Ingredients
- 1 cup Almonds (raw and organic)
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (organic and grade B)
- 1/8-1/4 t Cardamom (freshly ground)
Optional
- Dried Fruits (raisins, apricots, prunes, mango, papaya, or any other favorites)
- Shredded Coconut
- Seeds and Nuts

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Finely grind the almonds in a food processor (or blender).
- Mix remaining ingredients into almonds.
- Drop the batter in 1/2 tsp. patties onto well-oiled cookie sheet(s). They will spread a bit.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let them cool for just a couple minutes, then remove with a spatula to cool on a plate or wooden board. Eat and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
This dish is a great beginning point for many variations. You can add any mix of dried fruits, spices, seeds, nuts, or anything else you think might taste good.
