  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry roasted, ground fennel seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry roasted, ground coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • Roasted Coconut for coating

Roast sunflower seeds lightly and combine with all other ingredients in a food processor. Blend together until peanut butter consistency. Roll into balls and roll through roasted coconut. Yum! Enjoy!
